Police Make Arrests for Assault Following Incidents at Lodge at Stoughton, McDonald's

The following information is from the Stoughton Police logs. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Assault

Stoughton Police received multiple calls reporting an alleged case of assault at the Lodge at Stoughton on Technology Center Drive shortly after 5 p.m. on March 17. 

Courtney Taylor, 31, of Stoughton, a resident of one of the apartments at the complex, was charged with three counts of assault and battery after allegedly barging into one of the other apartment units and assaulting a group of neighbors, Stoughton Police Executive Officer Robert Devine said. 

Employees Fight at McDonald's

Stoughton Police received a call at 6:59 p.m. on March 15 reporting a fight between two employees at the McDonald's on Washington St.

One of the employees involved in the alleged incident was arrested. Eric J. Colp, 25, of Drave Ave. in Stoughton, was charged with assault and battery.

Disorderly Conduct 

An employee from Smokey Bones on Technology Center Drive called Stoughton Police at 12:41 a.m. on March 13 reporting that there was a female at the restaurant refusing to leave. 

Tiffany Sheri Harvard, 31, of Wales Ave. in Randolph, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Youths Fight at the Library

An employee at the Stoughton Public Library reported at 5:21 p.m. on March 18 that youths who were inside the library studying went outside to fight.

Officers arrived and peace was restored. No arrests were made, according to the log entry.

Motor Vehicle Arrests

  • Francis O. Burnett, 30, of Crawford St. in Randolph was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop at CVS at 3:17 a.m. on March 17. 
  • Kamaya Duckett, 23, of Round Hill St. in Boston, was charged with operating with a suspended license and for a marked lanes violation following a motor vehicle stop in Stoughton Center at 1:18 a.m. on March 16. Duckett also had an outstanding warrant. 
  • Kerline Labossiere, 37, of Halliden St. in Stoughton, was stopped at the intersection of Pine St. and Deady Ave. at 12:14 a.m. on March 14, charged with possessing a false/stolen RMV signature; tire tread depth violation; having no inspection sticker; failing to dim headlights; a motor vehicle light violation; and for the motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards. 
  • Elizabeth Araujo, 51, of Central St. in Stoughton, was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a stop at the intersection of Central St. and Pinewood Ave. at 2:49 p.m. on March 14.
