O'Donnell Middle School in Stoughton Holds Annual Career Day

The following information is from O'Donnell Middle School teacher Kathleen Wasik:

Eighth graders at the O'Donnell Middle School got to hear from professionals in a number of different during the school's annual Career Day, held March 7.

Despite the inclement weather (last Thursday was the first day of a two-day storm to hit the Stoughton area) and a power outage at OMS, the presenters were on their game. 

Presenters included: Jackie Bruno from NECN (pictured with students and Mrs. Mezzetti in the media gallery); John Linehan, president of the Franklin Park Zoo; Stoughton Police officer Roger Hardy; Stoughton firefighters Jim Bertram and Jay McNamara; an FBI agent; a CSI agent; a chef; nurses; a software engineer; musicians; a physical therapist; a commercial photographer; a teacher; a therapist; an Army Sergeant; an industrial designer; financial advisor; and a veterinarian.

OMS teacher Denise Fleming helped organize the annual event.
