Drug Arrest
Stoughton Police made an arrest after a vehicle allegedly stuck another car in a parking lot on Maple St. at 12:31 p.m. on March 12.
Joshua Demontigny, 31, of Station St. in Scituate, was charged with possession of a Class C drug and receiving stolen property over $250.

Hit and Run
A third party called Stoughton Police at 7:30 p.m. on March 7 to report a motor vehicle accident in front of Page's II at the corner of Turnpike St. and Page St.
The caller stated a red truck fled the area and was heading towards Avon.
Rene Nguyen, 25, of Brad Road in Stoughton, is charged with leaving the scene of property damage; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense); and following too close.

Kitchen Fire
The Stoughton Fire Department extinguished a kitchen fire at 100 Lincoln St. shortly after midnight on March 9.
According to the police log, a caller reported a fire coming from the stove. Everyone got out of the home and the fire extinguished.
Stoughton Police shut down Lincoln St at Grove St. and Pleasant St. so the Fire Department could fan out smoke from the home.
No injuries were reported.

Fake Prescription
Stoughton Police received a call from Rite Aid at 638 Washington St. that a female was attempting to pass a fake prescription. The female left before police arrived and will be summonsed to court.
Christin J. Quattrucci, 36, of Warren Ave. in Stoughton, is charged with uttering a false prescription.

Shoplifting
- Neusa Darosa, 21, of Morton St. in Dorchester, is charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and providing a false name/social security number following an incident at Target at 4:28 p.m. on March 10.
- Stoughton Police arrested two for shoplifting from Kohl's at 2:05 p.m. on March 11. Diana Silveira, 21, of Cleveland St. in Pawtucket, RI, is charged with larceny over $250. Katiza Dossantos, 22, of Pine Grove Dr. in Brockton faces the same charge.
- Stoughton Police Arrested two more for shoplifting from Target at 5:48 p.m. on March 11. Tracy Small, 31, of Kingman St. in Taunton, and Douglas William Reynolds, 25, of Webster St. in Taunton, were both charged with larceny over $250 and conspiracy. Both had outstanding warrants.

Unresponsive Female in Tanning Booth
Stoughton Police and Fire responded to Planet Fitness on Washington St. shortly before 10:30 p.m. on March 12 after receiving a call from an employee there that a female was in the tanning booth for an hour and was unresponsive.
What appeared to be a possible medical emergency, turned out to be a false alarm.
According to the entry in the police log, the female in the booth fell asleep and no medical treatment was necessary.

Car on Train Tracks
Stoughton Police received a call at 7:56 p.m. on March 7 that there was a vehicle on the train tracks at Porter St./Canton St.
The MBTA was notified and the vehicle was towed. No citations were issued, according to the log post.
